Call for Presentations
With the organisation of the 2008 Customer Quality Expo & Congress now well underway, UKIP Media & Events is now calling for all senior executives from some of the world’s business leaders and innovators for customer-centric management to propose suitable presentations for one of the tier strategies proposed below.
The three-day congress and exhibition will take place in January 2008 at the Cannes Hilton, Cannes, South of France.
Overlooking the sparkling waters of the Cote d’Azure, Customer Quality Expo & Congress has been designed specifically to help leading brands unlock the true potential of customer relationships to deliver higher levels of profitability.
Visitors to Customer Quality Expo & Congress will find a challenging conference agenda assembling some of the world’s business leaders who will share views and ideas on acquiring, developing and retaining customers – together with a diverse programme of interactive workshops, networking events, hot topic seminars and leading suppliers showcase. Key customer satisfaction, loyalty and service challenges and issues will be explored in depth at the expo and congress.

Interested parties are now invited to submit a brief synopsis of the type of presentation that they would like the Customer Quality programme committee to consider for the following proposed strategies that are due to be discussed over the three days of the congress;

Submissions can cover all industry specific and geographical locations such as the Automotive, Aerospace, Banks, Hotels, FMCG, Retail, etc, and must include your latest innovative thinking regarding strategies and structures essential to maintaining and developing your market position and enhancing customer loyalty and brand awareness.
